Lissette Morales, LSW serves as the Program Manager in CGE’s Adolescent Residential Program. A first-generation college graduate and a young mother herself, Lissette is driven by a profound commitment to supporting young mothers and their children. With a decade of diverse social work experience centered on family welfare—including roles with DCP&P, a community clinic, and early childhood education—she has dedicated her career to empowering families. While completing her graduate degree and working as a developmental specialist, Lissette discovered her true passion: integrating child development support with care for pregnant and parenting teens. This purpose now fuels her work at The Center for Great Expectations.
