Chief Program and Operations Officer
Kim Ruoff, MHRM, LAC
Kim Ruoff serves as the Chief Program and Operations Officer at The Center for Great Expectations. She brings over 25 years of progressive experience working as an HR Professional, including experience in both corporate and non-profit environments. She previously served as the Director of Human Resources at CGE, is a licensed Associate Counselor, and is currently working towards obtaining Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor licensure. Kim combines her business and clinical knowledge in overseeing the organization’s continuum of care and the services provided to its clients. Volunteerism is a core value held by Kim and her family, with much time dedicated to serving in youth sports, educational settings, community organizations, and her church.
She earned graduate degrees in Human Resources Management and Rehabilitation Counseling – Clinical Mental Health Track as well as a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice and English from Rutgers University. Kim is a Licensed Associate Counselor and is currently pursuing the LCADC. This diversified educational and employment background offers a unique perspective on balancing workplace initiatives with clinical operations.
