Julia Gmahle, MSW, LSW, is the Program Manager of the Permanent Supportive Housing program.  She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degree from the School of Social Work at Rutgers University.  Julia began her career at CGE as an intern for the Supportive Housing program.  Upon graduation and receiving her LSW licensure, she was hired full-time as the program’s Clinical Case Manager.  She because the Program Manager in October of 2024.  Prior to CGE, Julia gained clinical experience by interning for another community based non-profit organization serving mothers and their children in a Mommy and Me developmental program as well as an after-school program for middle school students.
