In 2021, William Torres joined CGE as the Program Manager of outpatient services at Roots to Recovery, now located at 984 Bergen Avenue in North Brunswick as of May 2022. William has over 25 years of experience in the social services field in clinical, managerial and administrative roles in both residential and outpatient services for adults and in adolescent facilities. He is a bilingual licensed and certified alcohol and drug counselor and a peer recovery specialist. Born and raised in Spanish Harlem—and currently still living in Manhattan—William and his wife have been married for 40 years and have raised two sons and four granddaughters. William is an avid fan of the New York Mets, Knicks, and Giants.
