Program Manager, Katy’s Place

MaryJean DiRoberto

Born in Jersey City, and raised in Scotch Plains, NJ, MaryJean lived in Rome and London before moving to Whitehouse Station where she and her husband, Vince, raised their three boys, VJ, Frank, and Rich. She has four grandchildren. MaryJean remains inspired by the mission, passion, and commitment of CGE’s employees to continuously meet the needs of the children in the Childcare Program.

MaryJean received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers and her master’s degree from Seton Hall University. Driven by a passion to provide unparalleled education and support to all children, MaryJean has an impressive track record, including an extensive and accomplished career as an elementary school teacher; an administrator in the Readington Township School District, retiring as Supervisor of Humanities; past president of the Tri-County Reading Council; past president of the Rho Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Society International; and current State convention chair for Alpha Zeta State.
